Ingredients

  • Ingredients 1-1/2 cups water1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)1 cup sweetened condensed milk3 tablespoons raisins View Recipe Directions In a small saucepan, combine the water, rice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in milk and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring frequently. Discard cinnamon. Serve warm or cold. Nutrition Facts 1/2 cup: 351 calories, 7g fat (4g saturated fat), 26mg cholesterol, 99mg sodium, 65g carbohydrate (46g sugars, 1g fiber), 8g protein.
