Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar 1 teaspoon of salt Vinaigrette dressing 5 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoons of red wine/cider vinegar 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard pepper salt Instructions Artichokes To wash artichokes soak them in warm water with white vinegar for 10 minutes. Rinse with fresh water. Put in a large casserole dish with salt. Cover artichokes with water. Cover and leave to cook on medium heat for 40 minutes. Artichokes’ leaves must be removed easily. Drain and leave to cool. Serve cold with a vinaigrette dressing. Vinaigrette dressing Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 3.2.2925
