  • For the tempering
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida/perungayama pinch
  • Dried red chilly/varamilagai
  • 2 tbs
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1/8 tsp
  • Coconut bits(optional)
  • 1 tbs Salta pinch
  • Ghee
  • Green chilly /pachamilagai
  • Fennel seeds/sombhu
  • 1 inch
  • Garlic/poondu
  • 1/8 tsp Orange food colorfew drops
  • Hot water
