Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head chinese cabbage; shredded thin
  • 6 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/8 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons organic raw agave nectar, to taste
  • a small pinch of cumin
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
