  • 8 frozen pot sticker dumplings or Japanese gyoza
  • 1 medium carrot, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 4 asparagus stalks, choped into bite size pieces
  • 4 ounces shiitake or white mushrooms, stems discarded and caps thinly sliced
  • 1 cup frozen shelled edamame
  • a few handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 scallions, sliced
