Ingredients

  • Ingredients (meatloaf)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef, do not go leaner than 85/15, you need fat in there to keep it moist!
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/3 c Carrot, chopped
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy, if you use regular Soy then cut the salt down to 1tsp
  • 1 1/4 c Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 c Cheriyaki, also sold as Rib Sauce

  • Ingredients (slaw)
  • 4 c Red Cabbage, julienne
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c Asparagus, chopped on a bias
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/3 c Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
