In this week I am on asian food spree. 4 chicken wings1 small shallot cut in half moons1 small red onion cut in half moons1 garlic clove finely chopped1/3 cup chopped scallions 1 teaspoon chopped chives1 mild red chilli chopped just for the color3 tablespoons soy sauce1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (I used the extra hot version).
