Ingredients

  • 1 9 ″ pie crust, bottom only
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup asparagus spears, cooked & chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Egyptian Walking Onions or scallions, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • salt & pepper to taste
