Ingredients

  • 4 dozen
  • 2 inch bars
  • 1 cup earth balance, room temp (vegan butter substitute)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Whey Low Granulated (lower carb sugar substitute)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 12 oz jar raspberry preserves (fruit only - no added sugar)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
