Avocado Ranch Dip

  • 2 large ripe avocados, pitted
  • 11/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 11/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 11/4 cup chopped dill
  • 12 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 11 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 11 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 11/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 11/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 11/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Kettle Brand chips, for serving
  • 12 large ripe avocados, pitted 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup chopped dill 2 tablespoons chopped chives 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder Kettle Brand chips, for servingIn a food processor or blender, add the avocado, Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until creamy and smooth. You might have to scrape down the sides and blend again. Scrape the dip into a bowl and serve with Kettle Brand chips.
