Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Fresh
  • 1. Steam carrots in a double boiler until they are fork tender but slightly firm, approximately
  • 2. Heat butter over medium heat in a sauté pan, and add the cooked carrots, butter, honey, salt, pepper, and lime juice
