Ingredients

  • 4 slices of flax bread
  • 8 slices of turkey ham
  • 2 slices of manchego cheese
  • Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 5 to 6 slices of salami
  • 3 o 4 slices of manchego cheese and cheddar
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
  • 3 tablespoons of soy oil
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 100 ml of plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 grams of crispy bacon, chopped finely
  • 30 grams of finely chopped mushrooms
  • 50 g of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Preheat oven to 180.
  • In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, bacon, mushrooms and cheese, then add the cream or yogurt, oil and eggs, mix well until everything is combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into cupcake holders, place them on a tray and bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
