  • 6 equal size potatoes, boiled with the skin on
  • 12 large mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ glass of white dry wine
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
