  • Pork tenderloin (2 pieces)
  • 1 lb natural applewood smoked bacon
  • Rufus Teague BBQ sauce (I prefer “Touch O’ Heat”)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • a whole bunch of toothpicks
