Ingredients

  • Bagels
  • Sponge formula
  • 220 grams bakers flour
  • 150 grams filtered water (room temperature)
  • 1 gram instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cooled caramelized onions
  • 1/2 cup drained and finely chopped sundried tomatoes (pat down to remove oil)
