Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 105° water
  • 1½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup flour, plus extra for rolling
  • 3 TBSP sugar, divided
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 TBSP cold unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg white
  • ¼ cup whole milk (I used 2%)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons milk
  • colored sprinkles (optional)
