Ingredients

  • 365 g beef and pork mince mix
  • 1 small white onion – grated
  • 1 small carrot – peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp. tomato puree
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Twist of salt and pepper
  • 1 heap tsp English mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp of natural yoghurt
  • 4 x hot dog rolls – sliced top down, but not all the way through
  • 4 slices brie
  • 2 tomatoes – sliced
  • Crispy lettuce
  • Potato wedges – to serve
