  • 1 whole Halibut fish (about 800 gr), gutted
  • 200 gr peeled tomatoes in can
  • 1/2 orange 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion 1/4 cup green olives
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
