Baked Lemon Spicy Chicken

  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 or 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs or Panko
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken beast

    1. In shallow dish combine butter, lemon, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    2. Place bread crumbs or panko in separate dish, dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with bread crumbs or panko.

    3. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

    4. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.

    5. Bake covered at 350°F for 25 minutes, and then uncovered for other extra 10 minutes, until no longer pink.

    6. You can serve it with rice and vegetables as in the picture.
