  • ¾ cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 quart pan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 quart saucepan
