Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 cups Bajri flour (millet flour
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp ginger , garlic and green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pickle masala
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp each red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sugar or grated jaggery
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
