For a side I baked up some Ore Ida Simply Cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt Country Style Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping
The original recipe I found used only tomatoes and feta cheese, but you know I can't leave well enough alone, so I added some wilted spinach and sauteed Crimini mushrooms to the mix
top with remaining bread. Cut sandwiches diagonally in half. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, pepper and hot pepper flakes
Drizzle the cream over everything in the dish, then top with the shredded cheese. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out most of the moisture (no need to go overboard here, just make sure it's not dripping)
The crepes are made with green onionand filled withsharpcheddar cheese andsautéed spinach. Place the stuffed crepes in an oven proof dish and scatter over the remainder of the cheese, green onionsand cherry tomatoes
you’re now ready to place on the toppings… start with a generous helping of the white sauce which you should spread on with a spoon but don’t go all the way to the edge, then add the onionsand a sprinkling if kale and spinach followed by a stalk of vine tomatoes
Remove okra to warm serving platter and sprinkle with salt. Okra, a traditional side dish in the summertime, grows only in the South and has to be shipped north
