Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tsp
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro
  • ½-¾ cup bread crumbs
  • 6 burger buns
  • Preheat the oven
