Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets or fresh fish of choice ( I have used redfish, cobia, wahoo and grouper)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice removing pits and cut wedges for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • sea salt to taste and white pepper to taste
