Banana and oatmeal mug cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 servings
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup ground oatmeal
  • 1 organic egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons organic or vegetable milk you prefer
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons muscovado sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

    In a small bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a homogeneous dough without mixing too much
    Divide into two mugs
    Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes or until touching the center is firm
    Serve with more nuts, banana slices and muscovado sugar
