Ingredients

  • 2 small or 1 large very ripe banana, mashed
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 and 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Method:Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  • Throw all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix with a wooden spoon
  • Pour into a cake pan or loaf tin
  • Cook for 30 mins or until a skewer comes out clean
