Ingredients

  • 8 TBS Butter
  • 1 C granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 C Mashed (very ripe) Banana
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C Chopped Pecans
  • Remove pan to a rack to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Invert the Bread twice, (right side up) onto a rack to cool completely.
  • 4 TBS Butter, room temperature
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 C Confectioner's Sugar
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla
