Icecream with coffee and Sweete stevia. Then add the cream and mix well. - 500ml heavy cream. Place the 100 ml cream with the coffee in a bowl and leave for about 10 minutes aside. Place the remaining 400 ml of the cream in the bowl of a mixer and add to 100 ml with coffee (if not dissolve the coffee passed through a small sieve) and beat until clot. Beat yolks with Sweete stevia and vanilla until they become as thick cream for about 4 minutes and carefully pour the chocolate. Adapted from Anna Maria’s Food Factory 500ml heavy cream. 100 ml cream
I make my delicious nutella bananaicecream using these frozen bananas too. Whenever i have some ripe bananas i slice them up and put them in a freezer bag and freeze them, so i can use them whenever need them
I made it more summery by using banana split icecream sandwiches and lots of fruit. My good friend Lorie made this incredible easy icecream sandwich pie for a party one hot summer
All you need is a couple of frozen bananas and a few ingredients. I tend to throw bananas into my freezer when they start to ripen and I know my kids won't eat them ( they like them more on the firm, hard side)
