  • 1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbs peanut or other nut butter
  • 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs ground flax
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • topping ideas: unsweetened shredded coconut, raw cacao nibs or chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, granola, additional chopped banana or berries
