  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 medium
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (I typically use non-fat; use what you prefer)
