Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 10 ounces (about 2/3 of the box) Barilla Plus Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen uncooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • Pinch of salt, pepper, and dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 can small-medium artichoke hearts (in water, not oil), sliced in half
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
