  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 C nuts
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C maple syrup
  • 2 bananas for topping
