  • 1 loaf Adapted from Cooking Light
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
  • 1/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
