  • 1 cup of milk (sub almond milk or coconut milk, if desired)
  • 1 raw egg (optional, and not recommended for small kids or others with poor immune systems)
  • 1/2 tsp flavoring, if desired, like vanilla, almond, rum,
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired
