Ingredients

  • 18 cm pie
  • Crust
  • 180 g ................................. Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 110 g ................................... Melted butter
  • 3 tbsp ................................ Granulated sugar
  • Caramel sauce
  • 150 g ................................ Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ............................... Water
  • 170 g ................................ Whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp .............................. Salt
  • 30 g .................................. Butter
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 40 g .................................. Dark chocolate
  • 55 g .................................. Whipping cream
  • 5 g .................................... Oil (I use rice bran oil)
  • Sweetened whipped cream
  • 300 g ................................ Whipping cream
  • 30 g .................................. Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp ................................. Vanilla extract
  • Bake for 15-16 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the crust cool before using.
