Basil Oil

  • 1 ounce fresh Basil
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


    1. Blanch basil for 2 seconds in boiling water. Remove and place in the food processor with the salt, pepper and olive oil

    2. Puree until a smooth.
