Ingredients

  • 6 medium size potatoes 3 green chillies 5-7 curry leaves 2 tablespoons chopped coriander 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoons garam masala powder Salt to taste
  • 200 gram gram flour
  • 1 teaspoons garam masala powder 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 ½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon asafoetida (hing) powder Oil for frying Salt to taste Water as needed
