  • 500 g Diced Beef

  • 2 Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  • 2 Celery Stems, sliced
  • 500 g Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 500 ml Beer- Your choice! We’ve made this stew with all kinds- Newcastle Brown Ale works very well, but tonight we used Hatherwood’s Golden Goose Ale. Use whatever you fancy!
  • 150 g Strong Cheddar Cheese, Grated
