  • 2 c minus two tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 oz canned tomato sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • About 4 oz muenster cheese, sliced or shredded
