  • 1/2 cup LOW-SODIUM SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup CORN STARCH
  • 2 Tbs BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 Tbs GINGER, minced
  • 2 cloves GARLIC, mined
  • 1 lb FLANK STEAK, sliced very thin
  • 2 Tbs PEANUT or OLIVE OIL
  • 1 lb BROCCOLI FLORETS, chopped
  • 1/4 cup BEEF BROTH
  • 2 Tbs OYSTER SAUCE
  • Optional: RICE or CHOW MEIN
