  • 1 Cup beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • Soul seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 15 minutes Meanwhile, using the same frying pan,
  • 1 cup broth and continue to stir until it coats the back of the spoon
  • 20 minutes Serve over hot rice
