This One-Pot BeefStew makes big flavors with little mess. Be sure to use a good quality, regular strength beef broth to give you the most flavor in this stew
Combine beef, celery, carrots, red onion, potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and tomato paste in the crock pot
Serve with rice or potatoes if desired. Add beef and brown on all sides. stir into stew. 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steaks, cut into 3/4 inch cubes. 3/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
