  • 2 tetra packs beef stock (7 cups approx.)
  • 1-2 cups cooked leftover roast beef, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp fish sauce
  • couple drops sriracha sauce
  • 1-2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • Vermicelli noodles (precooked)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil
