1 lb
ground beef 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning 2/3 cup water 1 can (10.75-oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can (10-oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 8-oz Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 (12-oz) can Pillsbury Grands Jr Biscuits (10 count)Preheat oven to 350–F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
1 In
a large skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat and return to skillet. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
1 Stir
in soup, Rotel tomatoes, garlic and onion powder. Add Velveeta cheese, cooking until melted. Remove from heat.
1 Cut
biscuits into quarters. Stir into beef and cheese mixture. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan.
1 Bake
for 30 minutes. Top with favorite taco toppings, if desired.
