Ingredients

  • 40 g Butter
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 500 ml Beer
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 225 g Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 50 g Grated
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 5 minutes Taste and season, then garnish with the bacon before serving
