Ingredients

  • For Stuffing/filling
  • 1 Beetroot boiled & grated
  • 1-2 carrots boiled & grated
  • 1 small potato boiled & mashed
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder (Amchur)
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (if required)
