Boozy chocolatefudgesauceMix the cream, butter andsugar in aglass bowl over apan of barely simmering water on the lowest heat (without the bottom of the bowl touching the water) and stir until blended and dissolved
Since I wasalready throwing brownies into this baseand I wanted the fudgetasteas well (without having to buy fudge pieces), I just drizzled some hotfudge between layers of the icecream
Andlast but notleast, us. I personallyamnota huge fan of vanilla (you guys canhate me, but I think vanillalacksflavor sometimes) so I decided to makeachocolatefudge to drizzle on top
Andnow for this adorably retro sweet song. Spoon the icecream on top of crumbs then top with anotherlayer of chocolate syrup, being sure it touches side of glass
Add ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Select IceCream cycle. If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved
Heat the milk - not quite to the boil - andadd the hotchocolate mix. The resulting icecream is rich and very chocolate-y with the flavor of malt in the background
Since these cookies were fairly thick, they madeagreat big icecreamsandwich, and next time, I might use my thinner, flatterchocolate chip cookie recipe for makingicecream cookie sandwiches so it’s not such a big bite
