Ingredients

  • For the filling
  • 500 g frozen berry mix (1 pound)
  • (mine had cherries, blackberries, black currants and blueberries in it)
  • 1 large eating apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 TBS Truvia stevia sugar substitute
  • 1 TBS corn flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •  
  • For the topping
  • 45 g of regular oats (1/2 cup)
  • 70 g of plain flour (1/2 cup)
  • 30 g of Truvia stevia sugar substitute (1/8 cup)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3 TBS cold butter, cut into bits
  • 120 g of chopped pecans (1 cup)
