  • 12 Sandwich
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Cheese
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 10 minutes over medium low heat, berries should be cooked and liquid thickened. Use an immersion blender to puree the berries. Taste and sweeten if desired. In a bowl whip the heavy cream and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form. To Assemble Take one heart shaped pancake and spread berry cream cheese over it, then top with another pancake.
