Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 40 g agave syrup
  • 4 g gelatin
  • 20 ml cold water
  • 1 can
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g tapioca
  • 50 g agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g fresh strawberries
  • 30 minutes
  • 15-20 minutes
  • 150 g zmeura
  • 40 g sirop de agave
  • 4 g gelatina
  • 20 ml apa rece
  • 400 ml lapte de cocos (1 conserva)
  • 1 praf de sare
  • 50 g perle de tapioca – gasiti aici sau cautati in magazinele naturiste ori supermarketuri
  • 50 g sirop de agave
  • 1 lingurita extract de vanilie
  • 150 g capsune proaspete, taiate marunt
  • Frisca din lapte de cocos (detalii mai jos)
